We have always taken special measures in case of special situations. Therefore, you can be assured that we have taken all precautions in consultation with and advice from experts to enable our passengers to travel safely.
High quality cleaning processes on our ships and in our buildings, which are effective against viruses, have always been a standard for us. We are also working closely with the Robert Koch Institute and other authorities to closely coordinate our additional measures and adapt them to the current development.

Das Robert-Koch-Institut sowie die Welt Gesundheits-Organisation (WHO) empfiehlt die Hände mindestens 20 Sekunden lang mit Seife und sauberem fließendem Wasser zu waschen. Vergessen Sie nicht den Handrücken zwischen Ihren Fingern sowie unter Ihren Fingernägeln und trocknen Sie Ihre Hände mit einem sauberen Handtuch oder lassen Sie sie an der Luft trocknen.

We have increased the information signage for passengers to promote personal health and safety.
We have increased the use of disinfectants in our toilets, offices, desks and ticket counters, as well as signage to remind people to wash their hands healthily and safely.
We have provided information and training to our staff and crews on maintaining health and what to do in the event of illness and/or suspected illness.
